During the conference luncheon\, the North San Antonio Chamber also presents the prestigious International ATHENA™ Award\, \;which recognizes individuals who have actively assisted women in reaching their full leadership potential.
Our goal this year is \;to have female undergraduate students submit an essay relating to this year's theme: Extraordinary Leadership - Examining Excellence - Character\, Courage\, Commitment and Communication. Up to 10 female students will be selected.

The students will be sponsored by one of many companies in San Antonio. Each student will be assigned a mentor for the day and will be able to network with other business women while sitting in on topics that cover the "4 C's".
