Due to the tremendous response from the local community\, including being voted the number one ER in Denton County\, Texas by the Star Community Newspaper in 2003\, 2004\, 2005\, and 2006\, First Choice Emergency Room continues to expand in Texas.\n\n\n\nBased on patient feedback collected by Press Ganey Associates\, Inc.\, an independent healthcare advisory services and consulting organization\, First Choice Emergency Room received the prestigious Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award in 2013 and 2014 for exceeding the 95th percentile in patient satisfaction nationwide.\n\nFirst Choice Emergency Room is the leading freestanding emergency room system\; it is both the largest and the oldest. First Choice Emergency Room is revolutionizing the delivery of emergency medical services for adult and pediatric emergencies\, both major and minor. \n\n \n\nFirst Choice Emergency Room facilities are innovative\, freestanding\, and fully equipped emergency rooms with state of the art diagnostic technology (CT Scanners\, Ultrasound\, Digital X-ray) and on-site labs.
