So\, we got started right way working toward building and opening our own brokerage.  Now we focus on keeping our overhead down\, working smarter and developing ways we can help our clients through the home selling process while allowing them to keep a lot more money in their own pocket. \n\n \n\nCali Redd started out her real estate career as a team member of a big mega agent.  While she considers this a very valuable experience and feels she learned a lot about the business by beginning this way she knew pretty early on that the "telemarketer approach" to real estate was not for her long term.  Something gets lost along the way when the transaction is purely money based rather that relationship based.  She decided there just has to be a better way of doing business than to have so much overhead and out of pocket expenses that every client gets charged 6% plus some regardless of whether they received every service available or not. Just because everybody is doing it that way doesn't mean it is the right way or the only way! Cali feels deep connection and need\, to truly help her clients and take care of them through the transaction. Beginning with being honest with them upfront about the cost of doing business and of selling a home. \n\n \n\nJessica Johnson came to the real estate industry after starting up a successful therapy clinic.  Her belief is that we can provide top-class services for everyone while building new packages that help keep costs down and allow homeowners the opportunity to keep a little more of their hard earned money in their pockets.  She is a Rotarian\, an active Board Member in several organizations and an ambassador for the Boerne Chamber. She graduated from UTSA in 2005 and then received her M.B.A. at the University of Iowa in 2012.
