ITIL -- Information Technology Infrastructure Library Learn what CPSEnergy, Clark American, SAWS, Valero, are doing with the ITIL processes to integrate change, configuration and problem reporting systems for their it command and control centers. Facilitators Dr. Charles Burmeister and Mel Indyk will begin at 8:00 with an ITIL presentation from New Horizons followed by a round table discussion. You are encouraged to register early and invite the key managers in your company who are working on ITILl processes to attend this meeting.
