During the conference luncheon, the North San Antonio Chamber also presents the prestigious International ATHENA™ Award, which recognizes individuals who have actively assisted women in reaching their full leadership potential.
Our goal this year is to have female undergraduate students submit an essay relating to this year's theme: Extraordinary Leadership - Examining Excellence - Character, Courage, Commitment and Communication. Up to 10 female students will be selected.
The students will be sponsored by one of many companies in San Antonio. Each student will be assigned a mentor for the day and will be able to network with other business women while sitting in on topics that cover the "4 C's".
