2010 Small Business Leaders Awards - CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominees are individuals who…
o Are small business owners and/or partners or major stockholders of a small business.
o Are active in their business' day-to-day activity and involved in the major decision making process.
o Demonstrate that their businesses are financially stable.
o Reside within Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe,
o Are employed within
o Employ 99 or less full-time employees.
o Are not current members of the North Chamber Board of Directors.
o Submit completed forms to North Chamber by deadline date/time of
o Agree to attend the Small Business Leaders Awards on
o Agree to provide the North Chamber photos and biographies for video production.
o Have not received the following awards: Career Achievement, Overall Small Business Leader of the Year,
Small Business Leader of the Year.
NOMINEE: FINALISTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY
